1. Return Eligibility
- Quality Issues or Product Incompatibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect or cannot meet the specific requirements of your operational conditions.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If the product has been used or is damaged (due to customer negligence), it will not be eligible for a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: If you believe the product is defective or unsuitable for your needs, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Return Authorization (RA): Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions for the return process.
- Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping costs if the product is defective or does not meet your operational requirements. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection of Returned Product: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions (unused, in original packaging, etc.).
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product immediately. If it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
- Replacement or Full Refund: We will either replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost or issue a full refund. We may request photos or videos of the damage to expedite the process.
5. Exchanges
- Exchange Eligibility: If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or specification, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Price Difference: If the exchanged product is more expensive than the original one, you may be required to pay the price difference. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with exchanges.
6. Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once the product has shipped, returns will be required, and the return process must be followed.
- PayPal Payment Cancellation: If you paid using PayPal, please note that the transaction fee paid to PayPal will not be refunded in case of order cancellation, as PayPal charges a fee for processing payments.
- Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to canceled orders that have already been processed or shipped.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Customs duties and taxes are also non-refundable.
