Worldwide Shipping

Luoyang Clear ships to nearly every country worldwide. We use trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. For most destinations, we also offer free shipping on all products.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have any special requests for your order, please notify us as soon as possible before your order enters the processing stage.

Processing

  • We perform strict quality control on every machine before packaging.
  • After order confirmation and full payment, we begin preparing your machine.
  • Small machines (e.g., laser cleaners, laser welders, portable laser markers) typically take 1-7 working days to prepare and undergo 48 hours of continuous testing to ensure quality.
  • Once ready, the machine is sent to the carrier for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

For light and small machines (laser cleaner, laser welder, portable laser marker), the shipping method is DHL/UPS/FedEx, estimated delivery time 7-10 business days.
For large and heavy machines (fiber laser cutting machine), the shipping method is sea & truck, estimated delivery time is 45-60 days.

Note: Tracking numbers may take a few days to become active on the carrier’s website. Estimated delivery times are valid regardless of tracking site updates.

Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, sales taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
