1. EDM Spark Erosion

MB-2000C portable EDM small hole drilling machine utilizes the principle of electric erosion to melt and corrode the metal section by generating electric sparks to achieve the purpose of perforating on the metal workpiece.

2. Portable Magnetic Work Head

A powerful permanent magnetic chuck secures the work head directly to workpieces, reducing the need for additional fixtures and making on-site machining more convenient.

3. Water Flushing System

The brass tube electrode is continuously cooled and flushed with tap water during machining. This helps remove machining debris and maintain stable EDM performance.

4. Broken Taps Removal

The MB-2000C can be used to remove broken drills, taps, reamers, and similar tools from workpieces while preserving the original hole or thread.

5. Flexible Hole Machining
