Product Features

• Floating Oil and Impurity Removal
  The adsorption device collects floating oil, cutting fluid, and impurities and delivers them to the separator. A scraper separates floating oil based on the difference in oil-water proportions, and the processed cutting fluid is returned to the coolant tank.
• Automatic Oil-Level Tracking
  The adsorption device uses the buoyancy difference between the internal and external liquid surfaces to keep the suction port aligned with changes in the liquid level, helping improve floating oil collection efficiency.
• Deodorization and Sterilization
  SUN-03 features deodorization, sterilization, and disinfection functions to help address unpleasant coolant odors and maintain cleaner operating conditions.
• Adjustable Operation
  Oil scraper motor speed is steplessly adjustable from 0 to 90 rpm. The operating time can be set from 0 to 60 minutes to suit different maintenance requirements.
• Designed for Machining Environments
